PHYS 226 - Fundamental Physics: Electricity and Magnetism (3) Electrostatics, electric potential, capacitance, dielectrics, electrical circuits, resistance, emf, electromagnetic induction, magnetism and magnetic materials, and introduction to Maxwell’s equations.
Prerequisite: PHYS 225 with a “C” (2.0) or better. Corequisites: MATH 150B , PHYS 226L .
