The Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management is designed to respond to the increased demand in the labor market in California, which employs the most HR professionals in the country. The certificate promotes professionalism and effectiveness in the management of human resources in business organizations and trains students in concepts, such as managing human behavior in the workplace (including addressing issues of diversity), human resources management systems and organization development.

Admission Requirements
- Hold a baccalaureate from an accredited institution of higher education
- Earned a minimum grade-point average of 2.5 in the last 60 semester units attempted as documented by two official copies of transcripts from all higher education institutions attended
- Good standing at the last college attended
