KNES 246A - Basic Hatha Yoga (2) Basic yoga postures, beginning meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques presented from a theoretical and experiential perspective. Awareness, concentration, and other practices that accompany the study of Hatha Yoga. (1 hour lecture, 2 hours activity) (KNES 246A and RLST 246A are the same course)
